Bryan did a 500 square foot addition to my house which included a 4th bedroom, new bathroom, butler’s pantry, and a new covered patio. The addition included, but was not limited to, a second A/C unit, an upgraded 200-amp electric service and panel, an upgraded water meter and service line, a new sewer line from front curb to back of house, and installing a sliding glass door in a block wall. He promised me it would all run smoothly and it did.

I can’t say enough great things about Bryan. I am extremely impressed that he is so honest and so incredibly well organized. He is also a perfectionist. I used to design and build houses and did several remodels so I know enough to know when things are done properly. Also, I am very impatient so I appreciate how quickly all the phases of construction have been completed without delays or down times and without compromising the quality of work. Even having surgery to remove a cancerous tumor from his kidney didn’t slow anything down. He was still organizing and arranging work while recuperating and he was back on job sites within a week! Most of all Bryan is extremely accommodating. He and his crews are always pleasant and friendly and a pleasure to have on my property in spite of how neurotic I am about every little detail – unnecessary because he never forgets any detail. He and his crews do the work fast and they do it right. I wholeheartedly recommend Bryan and I will always call him for any future projects. He is absolutely amazing!
